9.1 All contracts with other businesses and alliances must be formally proposed and approved by all members.
9.2 Personal Businesses owned by members of Atlan LLC must have an active contract with Atlan LLC regarding use of grounds for any purpose.
9.3 Any business including educational programs conducted on the grounds of KlickitAtlan must be supported by a contract with Atlan LLC.
