Atlan LLC - The business that develops, maintains, and operates facilities at Atlan Center. Atlan LLC manages the commonly owned property of Atlan unless otherwise specified.
____tbd___ Limited Equity Co-operative (LEC) - A housing cooperative that owns the house at 105 Nestor Peak Road and leases the BE Gilman Property from Atlan LLC under the terms of the Atlan Community Land Trust. Other LEC’s can be formed to own other cooperative houses within the Atlan Community.
CultureSeed - The 501(C)3 Non-profit Organization based at Atlan Center that provides experiential education programs to the Columbia Gorge region.
