Pods are the structure of Atlan’s Organizational Pattern. Pods are self-identified groups of committed members, created to accomplish short and long term projects as well as tend to all Atlan business. Pods in Atlan are not exclusive, and are stewarded by one or more resonant members. Atlan members may participate in multiple Pods at the same or different times.

6.3 Pod Members: The responsibilities of Pod members will vary among the Pods and at different times. Leadership is encouraged among all members as the Operational lead is not a hierarchical role and instead is an expression of stewardship much like the role of facilitator. In case there would be no one willing to take the lead in a pod, the Governance Pod shall ascertain whether there is a need for such a position to be filled. If there is a need and no Pod Lead, members shall elect one.
