The Retreat Center will be built near______. It is intended to provide all the facilities necessary for multi-day Educational and Wellness Programs that include food and lodging. Our projections are for accommodating a capacity of ___ people, with a variety of offerings that include weekend workshops, seasonal programs and personal retreats.

A welcome center - area where guests and residents can pull over to park and register Educational Center: 5000 ft2 Lodge with: welcome area, two flex classrooms (total 1500sqft), meeting facilities, offices, bathrooms, 750sq2 commercial kitchen and 1500sq2 dining hall - electricity, running water, septic system Wellness Center: 2 150ft2 treatment rooms, 1000ft2 movement/exercise space, bathrooms, 2000ft2 bathhouse (sauna, hot tub, shower facility), utility/storage room, Dormitory 1000 ft2- electricity, no running water Primitive Cabins 5 x 150 ft2- electricity, no running water Bathroom Facility 700 ft2 to accommodate the Dorm and Cabins- electricity, running water, septic system, compost toilets Campground - A campground will be built in accordance with the rules and ordinances. This is intended to serve overnight and short term guests. 25 campsites in 2 clusters. Walk-in camp loops with/without tent platforms and Vehicle loops for non-powered sites. 2 Amenities blocks within 400 ft of camp areas (built for up to 30 sites) with male/female showers, sinks and toilets, kitchen/dining facilities 5-7 Recreational Vehicle (RV) sites - 30 amp Electrical, running water, greywater.
