I am proposing we meet on Thursday, February 16 at 5pm to review the Boundary Line Adjustment and the option of a short platt. Here is a summary of the topic we will discuss pros and cons and ideally come to a resolution on how to move forward:
The Boundary Line adjustment is available to be submitted for final approval based on the results of our Resource Lands Evaluation. I have attached the Resource Lands Evaluation results here. We originally applied for a boundary line adjustment to move the boundary line of the three parcels to make one large 140 acres and then two additional one acre parcels. The Resource Lands evaluation results allow us the option of creating up to 7 lots on 7.16 acres. This would require a short platt to create more than 3 parcels up to 7 parcels.
