About Value vs Effort

This model combines two factors to give a simple score of which feature will provide the biggest bang for your buck. By calculating an estimate of the value of your features and an estimate of the amount of effort your features will require.
The power of doing a simple value vs effort prioritization exercise is that it's incredibly fast, and it can quickly identify the big rocks in your feature backlog that should be done first.
Use it to identify the features with prioritization score that are orders of magnitude greater than the rest. If you see clusters or results that are similar, pull those features forward for more complex prioritization exercises to get a more fine-grained answer as to what you should work on next.
