Global Stakeholders

info

Overview

We live in a global society. This means that our work should be able to communicated across languages. AI does just the trick!

Case Study

One of my client provides monthly stakeholder updates. Although it was vital to share our status we found two hurdles:
Lack of Time: We had a lack of time to do these monthly updates. By the time we finish one, the next month was here.
Translation: Most stakeholders spoke English as a second language, so we needed to be able to translate all updates.

AI Execution

To accomplish this, I fused a couple different methods together.
1. Create a Single Select with Languages
2. Create a Table with weekly team Input Columns
3. Use Coda AI Column to generate the Week Start Date
What is the week from the @date in year 2023
4. Make an input form for the team
5. Use Coda AI Block to summarize the Weekly Highlights
Summarize @table.column in 7 main updates as bullet points in =lanugage
6. Use Coda AI Block to summarize the Weekly Low-Lights
Summarize @table.column in 7 main updates as bullet points in =lanugage
7. Use Coda AI Block to summarize the Support Needed
Summarize @table.column in 7 main updates as bullet points in =lanugage
8. Create a Button and select the action “Refresh Assistant” a.
8. Select which Coda AI Block you want to Refresh
9. Create a Date Filter using the Canvas Control option
