Case Study
For a client I needed to clean mass quantities of contact data:
AI Execution
To accomplish this, Coda AI column saved the day and time:
1. Put dirty data into a table (yuck!)
2. Add column and use Coda AI Column to clean Name Data
clean up @Names (Raw) to be a first and a last name in a consistent format
3. Use Coda AI Column to format phone number
remove all spaces from @Phone (Raw) with a “tel: +” at the front and make a number
4. Add Button Column that opens to hyperlink of formatted phone #
5. Sky is the limit here! If you’ve got dirty data, give Coda AI Column a try
