Bidding Phase Tasks
All the tasks of the Bidding Phase are divided into five groups: Bidding Prerequisites, Preliminaries, Bidding Period, Bid Day, and After Bid Day. Each table contains a list of tasks with the ability to make Assignments; review Resources for completing the task; store Notes, instructions or ‘lessons learned for next time’; and show the Status. The headings are collapsible to help you focus.
Bidding Prerequisites
Before starting the Bidding Phase there are a number of things you need to do to be ready to start. If these items have not been completed by the end of the Construction Documents Phase, do them now.
