Attended the Canadian finals of the Amaro Montenegro cocktails competition. Bartenders from across the country were challenged to create a cocktail of the future, 140 yrs from now how will cocktails be enjoyed. This Amaro brand was founded in 1885 so it is fitting. Many competitors had a futuristic, environmental story.. slicing bio together...1/Laiwei bartender.
