Preferred Date and Time: When the client wants the cleaning to be done.
Estimated Duration: An estimate of how long the cleaning will take, based on the size and condition of the property.
Client Contact Information:
Primary Contact: A phone number and email address for the day of the cleaning, in case there are any questions or access issues.
Payment and Billing Information:
Rate and Payment Method: Agreed-upon rate and how payment will be processed (e.g., cash, transfer, online payment platform).
Invoice Details: If an invoice is required, the details needed (e.g., name, address, email).
Special Requests and Instructions:
Cleaning Preferences: Any specific cleaning methods or areas that require special attention.
Health and Safety: Any health or safety issues within the property, such as mould, structural problems, or areas that require delicate handling.
