Equipment Setup

Take a “before” walkthrough video of each room.

Laundry / Linen

Gather all laundry and linens for collection by the laundry service.

Check in on WhatsApp to confirm collection/delivery time and flag any concerns.

Clean

Clean according to checklist

Restock

Check the inventory of consumables in the kitchen and bathroom, and restock accordingly.

Maintenance

Make a note of any breakages or maintenance needs.

After Footage

Take photos and footage of each room, matching the positioning and order of the before photos and video.

Lock Up

Follow the lock-up process, ensure the key is replaced in the key box and the code is scrambled.
