When you do problem solving, the most important thing is to find the root and the exact problem you need to solve. It may seem complicated because large scale problems often have few root causes. But remember that finding the root cause of the problem is the key driver of going to the right direction since it will help make the project more specific and right on target.
To help you , there are something called frameworks. Frameworks are tools to help you find the root cause of the problem. Therefore, framework should makes you find the root problem easier, not the opposite. So, make sure to use the framework that you find are the most usefull and makes it easy to find the root cause.
In this workbook, there will be only templates and guide for two of the most common used framework, it is the 5 whys framework and the Pyramid Framework. You can use 1 of them to help them find the root cause, but you can also use another framework that are not written here. Search and learn as much frameworks as possible in the internet and find the one you like the most.
