Initiative is the ability to decide and act on your own without waiting the others to act first. It is the first in a series of actions. Another meaning of Initiative is a personal quality that shows a willingness to get things done and take responsibility. To solve a problem, we need initiative as an important act or statement.

Meanwhile, opportunity is a time when a particular situation makes it possible to do or achieve something.

Opportunity is always out there. However, we tends to ignore it or don’t have the courage to take action. We to step out from our comfort zone in order to seize the opportunity out there.

Both initiatives and opportunity are important to create a project since initiatives can not work without opportunity and vice versa.
