To ensure you can reach your goal, then you need to make Key Performance Indicator to think what kind of goal / success that you want for each job description.
Key Performace Indicator, or known as KPI is a measurable value that shows the organization's progress towards achieving key business objectives. Organizations can use Key Performance Indicators as a way to track whether their key business objectives are on track, behind, ahead, or have been achieved. Key performance indicators are a communication tool for organizations. They inform the leader and everyone of their organization's progress towards reaching key business objectives. KPIs are able to provide this information because they actually track the most important performance measures, which can be taken together to represent how successful you are in achieving an objective. Good KPIs should follow the SMART criteria. (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound).
Good KPI:
Provide objective evidence of progress towards achieving a desired result
Measure what is intended to be measured to help inform better decision making
Offer a comparison that gauges the degree of performance change over time
Can track efficiency, effectiveness, quality, timeliness, governance, compliance, behaviors, economics, project performance, personnel performance or resource utilization
Are balanced between leading and lagging indicators
Use SMART criteria
Well that is the theory and it sounds hard right? Well we’ll try to give you an example:
Based from your Problem Solving , you should have created some strategy to actuate your mission. The strategy should answer your mission which is aligned to your mission.
For Example:
Vision
Empower future leaders to create impact for their society.
Mission
Stimulate leadership spirit in youths to become impactful toward society
etc
Strategy
Invite inspiring leaders and create an assessment to implement their idea.
