If a sister holds a position that isn’t part of your E-board or isn’t an advisory role, you can type the officer position when changing their Account Type.
Click in the search bar and begin typing the officer’s name
At the bottom of the account, click on the ✏️ update.
In the Account Manager, you can set type the title of the officer in Chair Position. Then click Update Account Type. Repeat the above steps for each cabinet position.
You may double check that they appear correctly by going to Members > View Members > Show alumni members.
