Esteemed members,

I extend a warm welcome as we embark on our strategic journey for March. This document serves as our compass, guiding us towards our goals and laying the groundwork for expansion into new territories.

Throughout this month, our primary focus will be on team building. Within these pages, you will find outlined the key roles awaiting fulfillment and the minimum standards we expect from each member.

Key Members (COUNTRY)🌐:

Country Head:

As the primary representative of UNITY in your country, this role holds significant responsibility. You will oversee all operations within the country, report key highlights, and address any issues directly to the

EA⁠

. Your initial focus will be building your team, starting with hiring a secretary. This shall be followed by recruiting speakers, social media experts, editors, and writers. Flexibility in hiring orders is encouraged to accommodate exceptional candidates.

Country Secretary:

As second in command, your role is pivotal in supporting the Country Head in various capacities. Your selection reflects a high level of trust and confidence. You will facilitate communication by sending updates directly to the Country Head and assist in manpower acquisition.

Country Social Media Head:

Your creativity and proficiency in content creation are paramount in this role. Your main responsibility will be to curate compelling content, including reels and posts from all sub-teams monthly. You will report to both your Secretary and the

CMO⁠

Country Finance Head:

Entrusted with financial matters, you play a vital role in maintaining transparency and accountability. Responsibilities include managing donations, allocating funds for rallies and competitions, and ensuring zero corruption. You will report directly to both the Secretary and the

CFO⁠

Country Project Manager:

Your role is integral to project oversight and coordination with the Country Finance Head. Exceptional communication and time management skills are essential as you oversee project implementation within the country. You will report directly to the Secretary the

CPO⁠

APMO⁠

Country Editor:

Your role is crucial in spearheading the submission of monthly articles from each subgroup, addressing topics pertinent to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and more, fostering informed discourse within the organisation. You will report directly to the secretary as well as the

AMO⁠

These six members comprise the powerhouse behind UNITY in each country, fueling our mission with passion and purpose. Together, they will orchestrate every facet of our endeavours from its grassroots initiatives to major impact, driving forward the transformative force of UNITY.

Key Members (REGION):-

Regional Head:

As the foremost advocate for UNITY in your designated region, your role carries profound significance. You will oversee all operational aspects within the region, offering key insights and addressing any concerns directly to the Country secretary. Your initial priority lies in assembling a dynamic team, commencing with the recruitment of a regional secretary, followed by speakers, social media experts, editors, and writers. Flexibility in recruitment orders is encouraged to accommodate exceptional candidates.

Regional Secretary:

Your appointment as second-in-command underscores the trust and confidence placed in you. Your primary objective is to support the Regional Leader across various functions, facilitating seamless communication and aiding in team expansion. Report all the documents you receive to the Regional head.

Regional Social Media Strategist:

Your unique blend of creativity and digital prowess makes you indispensable in this role. Your primary duty is to curate engaging content, which is a minimum of one reel from each place an event is held, and a post, monthly, reporting directly to the Regional Secretary and the country's social media head.

Regional Financial Officer:

Entrusted with the financial landscape, you play a pivotal role in maintaining fiscal integrity. Responsibilities include managing donations and properly using the given funds for events. Your direct reporting lines extend to the Regional Secretary and the Country Finance head.

Regional Project Coordinator:

Your expertise in project oversight and resource management is invaluable. With a focus on effective communication and time management, you will supervise project implementation within the region, reporting directly to the Regional Secretary and the Country project manager.

Regional editor:

Your role is facilitating monthly article submissions, particularly those aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and with the events held in your country that month, be it a competition, demonstration, presentation, etc. Report directly to the regional Secretary and the Country editor.

These six members are the heartbeat of their respective regions. They also hold the exhilarating task of handpicking individuals from diverse schools to join our dynamic Action Squads, igniting change and amplifying our impact at the grassroots level.

In the next document that will be sent, I will shed light on the qualities we're seeking in our school chain members. Regional leaders, your role is crucial in selecting and guiding these individuals who serve as the foundation of our organization's mission. Let's ensure that they embody UNITY's spirit and contribute meaningfully to our cause. This document will be uploaded between the 6th and the 12th of March.

Important NOTICE TO Everybody:-

Other than just recruiting people this month, please try having at least 2 team calls, attempt to break the ice, and try to become a true team. Also by the end of the month, I expect each member to send one picture or reel of them doing a good deed, for instance feeding street dogs. If not, please send in an article or post on any problems in your community.
