Enter a suitable Ticket Name of up to 20 characters. Ticket names are visible to attendees on the registration page.
Enter a brief description for the ticket (up to 100 characters) in the Ticket Description field. The ticket description will also be shown on the registration page. You can utilize this option to provide details about the ticket such as discounts, access-related information, and others.
Select a Ticket Type:
Paid: a paid ticket requires you to add the ticket price in the Ticket Cost field. You can choose your currency as INR or USD.
Note: Zuddl integrates with payment gateways such as Stripe and Razorpay that allows you to accept payments for your paid tickets. Paid tickets can only be created using a Stripe account.
Unpaid: for an unpaid ticket, there is no Ticket Cost.
Enter the maximum Quantity Available. Tickets would not be available for sale beyond this value.
Note: The total ticket quantity must be greater than the number of attendees.
Specify the mode of attendance for your attendees in the Type dropdown field. This is useful to distinguish between the different types of attendees.
In-person: attendees who wish to join your event physically at the event venue.
Virtual: attendees who wish to join your event virtually through Zuddl.
Note: Leave this option blank if an event has both in-person and virtual attendees.
Once you’ve entered all the details, click the Add button to create this ticket tier. The created tickets appear on the registration page as shown below.
