Creating a Ticket

Stripe integration

Zuddl partners with Stripe to enable you to securely accept payments from customers for all your paid events. You can easily connect you active Stripe account to Zuddl and begin creating paid tickets.
Users are redirected to Stripe’s payment collection page where they proceed with the checkout, based on the selected ticket tier. Once the entire checkout process is complete, users can log in when the event is live.

Note: Zuddl does not store any customer payment information as all payment processing and checkout related information is done at Stripe’s end. Zuddl can view your account data (such as all payment and payout history) and any data created by other businesses you've connected. It’ll also be able to create new payments and take other actions for you.

Connecting your Stripe account

Before you start adding a paid ticket tier, you must establish a connection between your active Stripe account and your Zuddl account. Once connected, you can easily create your paid ticket tiers.

Prerequisites

To create paid tickets for your events, you must have an active Stripe account. Additionally, ensure that you have all necessary privileges to log in/create a Stripe account.
Follow the below steps to connect your Stripe account:
