How Might We Reimagine the Current COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Experience?
The United States is on track to reach 200M vaccinations by May 1st, 2021. However, in order to reach herd immunity, we need to ensure that everyone signs up to get vaccinated when it’s their turn. Let’s apply user experience (UX) principles to improve the vaccine registration process and get everyone vaccinated!
We encourage you to dig into the problem space, perhaps using our research and insights to guide you, and then decide on a small area of focus with your team. Creating a clear user need statement or hypothesis may be a great way to create an area of focus.
