Pause working on Project X. Divert those resources to work on designing new user onboarding flows.
❓ Why this proposal makes sense
We aren’t seeing the traction we expected in Project X, and engineering estimates that we’ll need extensive investment to continue working on this project. We feel like we can make a bigger impact by diverting resources to designing new user onboarding flows. As a result, we’ll move five engineers from Project X to working with the Onboarding Team. We expect the impact of their work on onboarding to materialize within one to two months.
