Key emphasis is on maintaining sync between workflow and asset library while keeping the interface clean and intuitive.
Watch loom video for context
Uploading, Downloading, Sharing, Deleting
Drag and drop assets or click + Add Content to see options
Options
Same thing with right hand button on top right corner
Downloading
You can click three dots on asset folder and download or download from a button in the right hand corner
Sharing assets
You can share folders and assets to people outside the of Wonderful
Delete
You can delete from workspace - this is complete destroy although it would be good if we can have backups in our backend so they can email us and we can recover - figured that is a leaner option than having a trash can feature
Nested Folders
Create nested folders with folder navigation on the left and pagination on top
Yes on Nested folders up top
Connected to Workflow Fields / Grouping & Sorting
Folders can be created from the workflow hub when a new creative field has content uploaded to it and the option to create folders from the creative field name is turned on
Loom video on auto-folder creation feature
Sync Button - syncs all approved assets to Meta on the click of a button The asset library is connected to the workflow table You can group folders by the following fields Folder Settings
Move to... - not needed if it isn’t trivial Add to Folder - not needed if it isn’t trivial
Searching, Filtering & Sorting Assets
Basic search functionality, if it’s trivial to add like an algolia or similar that would be neat (I have no idea how involved that is)
Basic filtering
This can be the same type of filtering that’s done in the workspace
Comments & Notifications
Changing Status On Assets & Folders
There needs to be a setting somewhere rather up top in the asset hub or on the specific folder level for viewing or hiding status per creative, with the status off you won’t see the ‘in review’ or ‘done’ from the example below - if status is on you can see those and also change the status
When changing a status while it is grouped by status will automatically make the file or folder move to the respective group
Fields & Info on Asset Files
The Fields that are set in the workflow table for the record that is connected to this creative batch (and all the creatives within it) it will map over or show the same fields
For example the status, select field, assignee, date, text box etc... will all be shown here under fields on the left of the image just like the image below
Instead of custom fields ours will just saw Fields
Changing these fields here will also change them in the workflow, it’s connected
The info is like Meta data from each file
File type, File Size & Aspect Ratio
That should be everything, please let me know if anything you would consider outside of scope - these features would make the MVP useful enough to pay for and replace their other tools
