Overview
Main purpose of the application is to transform the process of VS Dham- Jain Chovihar from offline to online. We are concentaring to ease the task via Application development.
💡 Idea Overview
Application will ease all the task via latest technology. We will taking step forward from offline process to online by making it very easy to use. All the task will be done automatically by application on "One Click".
Application will generate the excel file as well as grades on single "One Click".
Data will be managed by cloud system on the server so we do not worry about the data management.
Application will generate the report based on defined rules in One Click which will again very helpful for presentation as well as marketing purpose.
❓ Problem
Karyakrta's has to process lot's of thing manually which will take lot's of time to complete it.
They have to manually update excel and again validate it with data which generally takes 2-3 days.
They have to Manually assign the color code for top users based on how many Chovihar he/she has done.
They have to also manage the data in a proper format as they are working with old file system.
