How long is training for?

Training should take you 3 days to complete. Depending on your experience, this may be shortened.

Is my training paid?

Training is unpaid.

Do I have a break during my shift?

Taking a break during your shift should be as and when you see an opportunity. This is based on your judgement. When it is less busy during the shift, it would be the best time to take a break. Taking a break when there is an opportunity to miss a sale, would mean a loss to the company and to your earnings.

How is probation assessed?

We assess your probation based on your ability to hit target, your IQ/EQ and how you are able to work as a team.

What is the max commission % I can earn?

How often do I get paid?

Biweekly or monthly.

How do I get paid?

Wise, Skrill, directly to your bank account (IBAN) or crypto.

How do holidays work?

Unpaid holidays → can be taken at your own discretion, after discussion with your team lead.

Paid holidays → after 2 months of work with the company. Payment is calculated based on your average performance for the last 2 months.

How much notice period do I need to give if I decide this role isn’t right for me?

We ask that you let us know as soon as possible, preferably a 2+ week notice period.

How does internal communication work?

We use Telegram to communicate daily.
