Hi! This interactive document was created using the Coda platform, by an anxious person with the goal of having a virtual place to rest and register anxiety events.

⚠️I am not a mental health professional and this does not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your mental health professional or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your condition.
If you are in crisis or you think you may have an emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. If you're having suicidal thoughts, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center in your area at any time (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline). If you are located outside the United States, call your local emergency line immediately.
This Coda doc is structured into the following sections/pages:
- This is where you will find buttons to register current anxiety episodes and past ones.
You will also find the peaceful corner, where you can add pictures of loved ones, videos that help you feel calm and any other resources.
- All Home entries go to the history table. Think of it as a spreadsheet/timeline of your anxiety episodes.
- Use this page to setup any usual anxiety triggers into the database. They will show up as options whenever you register a new event.
- For the data driven folks. This shows compilations of information based on what you have entered in your tracker. Coda allows for many customizations, feel free to dig in and add any other report that might help you.
You will see more info/instructions throughout the document, represented by ℹ️. Feel free to delete those lines once you are comfortable with the setup.
