The Sold Page contains all the deals that have been assigned the "Sold" status. Even though a deal has been sold, it is recommended to retain all the details for a certain period of time in case any issues arise and reference to the information is necessary.
Upon entering the date of sale, the subsequent column automatically calculates the time since the deal was sold in days. You have the option to customize the conditional formatting in the table settings to suit your preferences.
Below the table, a counter displays the number of deals that were sold more than 60 days ago. Additionally, a button is available to delete all deals that meet this criteria. If you anticipate needing to keep the data for a longer duration, you can adjust the formula for the counter and button to reflect any specific number of days you desire.
