MF_Map_DistanceHighlight
Emissive based on distance between camera and object
EnablePositionHighlight: Bool switch for function.
FadeInStart: Distance between camera and object to strat lerping.
FadeInEnd: Distance between camera and object to end lerping to constant 1. (Starts constant pulse glowing)
FadeOutStart: Distance between camera and object where to start transition to fade out the effect.
FadeOutEnd: Distance where effects end - lerp value 0
HighlightColor/2 : Two colors which use normal fresnel for emission
HighlightIntensity: Emissive multiplier.
PulseSpeed: Speed of the effect.
Amount: Y axis time/sine multiplication.
PulseBase: Offset for sinewave

Delete local Saved/WorldPartition/ folder
Open level - let it regenerate streaming data
First load will be slow (generating HLOD)
Subsequent loads are faster
