FadeOutEnd: Distance where effects end - lerp value 0
HighlightColor/2 : Two colors which use normal fresnel for emission
HighlightIntensity: Emissive multiplier.
PulseSpeed: Speed of the effect.
Amount: Y axis time/sine multiplication.
PulseBase: Offset for sinewave
