Welcome to the Photo Scavenger Hunt template!

This is your admin setup & instructions page. If you haven’t used a published Coda template for here are some tips:
Page Navigation:
Before Copying - Navigate pages from above 👆
After Copying - Navigate page from sidebar 👈
Making a Copy:
Simply select “Copy Doc” in the top right to make a copy then:

Instructions for Setup

Clear and Refresh

To reset responses in order to restart game select:
Clear Responses
To create your own clues and teams:
Erase All Data (Clues, Teams, and Responses)

Set Core Clues

Select
New
in the table below to create clues. “Bonus Point” refers to an additional photo upload for +1 point. “Extra Hint” is a followup hint with further explanation that can be revealed by the user for -1 points upon pressing the button to reveal.

This is the main clue (eg take a photo of the Eiffel tower)

Set “Count ’em Up” Clues

Head over to page and edit page text for your count ‘em up clue types. These have unlimited submissions, so pick something relatively repetitive in your hunt location.

Set Teams

Assign users to teams by adding them to the “people” column. Press
New
below to add another team.

to generate clues for each team. All users will now be able to see their teams clues on the page: .

Score Override

Scores will automatically calculate simply based on the “existence” of a photo response. Therefore points are currently awarded even for incorrect photo submissions. Go to the page to view all response and use the “score override” button to manually override scores for incorrect responses.
