SNAP program offers free spay/neuter for pets of low income people. Dogs and cats can be safely spayed or neutered at 3 months of age
The SNAP program is limited to people with dogs and cats who are financially unable to pay for spay or neuter.
SNAP may Request documentation of financial status.
