SNAP program offers spay/neuter vouchers for cats and dogs of low-income people. The SNAP voucher reduces the cost - spay/neuter of a cat or kitten is $25, spay/neuter of a dog or puppy is $50. Dogs and cats can be safely spayed or neutered at 3 months of age
The SNAP program is limited to people with dogs and cats who are financially unable to pay for spay or neuter ($75-$300)
