Acceleration: Maintaining the Momentum

Introduction

In Workshop 4: Acceleration: Maintaining the Momentum, Teams deliver their final presentations on their MIT REAP journey, accomplishments, and plans for their actions going forward. They work through a program of key content sessions with the Faculty to help guide their next steps in both strategy and implementation, including Beyond Your Must Win Battle: Backbone and Beyond, Stakeholder Session, Post-MIT REAP Strategy, and Increase Your Ability to Have Impact. Teams work through a series of exercises to reflect on their collective impact as well as personal growth, and they learn about the MIT REAP Global Network (RGN) and ways to stay connected to MIT and REAP. Finally, they celebrate with the MIT REAP Graduation Ceremony.
Goals:
To determine key steps for your Team’s actions going forward - Beyond Your Must Win Battle, including:
Next steps for your MIT REAP Strategy and Backbone Organization
Continued stakeholder engagements
Continued impact on your innovation ecosystem, both as a Team and as individuals
