Introduction

In Workshop 2: From Vision to Practical Action: Invest in Your Comparative Advantage, MIT REAP Teams identify their regional ecosystems’ unique strengths and opportunities, or “comparative advantage,” and begin to build their MIT REAP Strategy around this. They learn the key concepts of the Must Win Battle (MWB), which will focus their strategic work, and Program and Policy Interventions (PPIs), or the shape that their strategies will take. They continue to refine their stakeholders and stakeholder engagements, now more tailored to their envisioned strategic interventions.
Goals:
Identify regional ecosystem’s comparative advantage
Begin to shape MIT REAP Strategy and strategic interventions, either programmatic or policy-focused
Refine stakeholder engagements & align with strategy
