Once you open the page with the position terms you can see the resume of the candidate. From here you are also able to put in your price for the bid and write a cover letter

Here we also have sorting. What mean that if you type in the your key words for example “development for a CRM system” if the candidate has any relevant experience our machine learning algorithm will find it and it’ll appear in the “sort filters”
So you can sort by - price, and by - date

So usually we have these bench types of IT companies that are looking for developers. We found out that there are: Product companies, Outsource, design studios. Of course there are hardware companies and so on. And all of these companies have their own badge that indicates their type

Candidates would have preferences to choose to sort and filter by company type and much more.
But generally we need to set up the market place. Which one will be helpful for people to make deals.
After you left a bid on the auction the recruiter will accept it and you’ll start a chat and build communication with the recruiter. After you agreed on the terms you can move to the next level. Approve the bid,
Next you have interview schedule. And here we see how the bid will be closed

We have a-lot of thing behind the whole concept that we can select and see the whole process all the bids, grey tables, reports. Where you can open charts and statistics Also we are going to collect data and help people with the best solution via relevancy or price.
