Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream (MILD)
When going to bed, tell yourself that you will remember you are dreaming.
OR
After waking up from a dream, recall all you can of the dream (potentially write it down in a journal) and then go back to bed with the intention to remember that you are dreaming and re-enter the original dream.

Reality Testing
A series of tests to confirm if you are dreaming, such as:
Plugging nose to see if you can keep breathing
Counting fingers
Checking a clock
Trying to read a book or handwriting
Pushing your finger against your palm to see if it will go through
