Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rippling Pack for Coda ("the Pack"). By installing or using the Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Pack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Pack.

2. Description of the Pack

The Pack is a Coda integration that connects to the Rippling HRIS API on your behalf, using credentials you provide. It retrieves, displays, and in some cases modifies data in your Rippling account through Coda documents.

3. Your responsibilities

API credentials. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid Rippling API token. You must not share your token with unauthorised parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your token.

Rippling terms. Your use of Rippling's API is subject to Rippling's own Terms of Service and API usage policies. This Pack does not grant you any rights beyond those already granted by Rippling to your account.

Data accuracy. The Pack displays data as returned by the Rippling API. We make no warranty that the data shown in Coda is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying any data before acting on it.

Authorised use. You must only use the Pack for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Pack to access data you are not authorised to access, or to circumvent any security or access control measures in Rippling.

4. Data and privacy

The Pack transmits data between Rippling's API and your Coda document. We do not store, log, or retain any personal data from your Rippling account on our own servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how data is handled.

5. No warranty

The Pack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Pack will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Pack, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to the Pack and these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Pack at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Pack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Pack interacts with Rippling, a third-party service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of Rippling or its API. Your relationship with Rippling is governed by Rippling's own terms and policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
