Work Cadence
Budapest Local Hub Ambassador is me, aka Binh. I know that we all are busy with our personal and work life. Therefore, I will implement a work cadence that is flexible.
Our communications channel includes:
Whatsapp: Main Channel - We use Whatsapp to discuss our ideas quickly or just inform others of what is happening in our life. If you haven’t joined the group, you can join it . Work Channels: TBD - This will be decided once we gather up for the first local hub. For more complex local hubs, tasks will be created and we will need a platform to monitor and give our tasks.
Our work cadence is async. This means most of our communications will happen through messages in above channels. Therefore, please:
Be active: share your stories, react to stories,... Anything is encouraged. Reply to messages on time: Async communications don’t mean you have to reply right away, but the normal reply time should be 3-4 hours, especially for messages where you are tagged, whether with @all or a direct call.
Any discussion regarding time (e.g: finding the date of local hub,...) will be carried on .
Any group announcement or discussion will be sent by Binh in the group on Whatsapp and through email.
Any changes to the work cadence is welcomed. You can send a message to me, on the group or make a comment in this Doc.
