QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, Vue.JS)

Location: Remote (GMT+2 Working Hours +/- 2 hours)

Type: Full-time, L1/2 ~1+ year commercial experience

Position Summary:

As a QA Engineer at Intempt Technologies, you will specialize in end-to-end testing for our VueJS-based console application. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through comprehensive testing strategies and automation frameworks. Your expertise in Playwright and VueJS will guide the development of robust testing procedures to identify, document, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright for our VueJS console application to ensure end-to-end quality.

Collaborate with the development team to integrate testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.

Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.

Work closely with developers to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain and enhance the test automation framework to support future application enhancements and features.

Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.

Stay updated with the latest testing tools, strategies, and trends in VueJS development and Playwright testing.

Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong background in automated testing using Playwright.

In-depth knowledge of VueJS, particularly Vue 2, and its core principles.

Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Language:

At least an intermediate level of spoken and written English to facilitate clear communication with team members.
