Bulk Provisioning

If you are trying to setup multiple Sentry devices, you can use the Bulk Provisioning feature in the Sentry app to bulk pair multiple devices at once to a single Wi-Fi network. To find this tool, go to the Settings page in the app and select Advanced Tools.

Once you have selected the Bulk Provisioning option, do the following:

Turn on the Sentries (up to 10 at once) that you wish to provision to a Wi-Fi network.
The Sentries will now need to be put in BLE pairing mode. To do this on each device, press firmly where the top LED light (see blue arrow) would be on the front of the Sentry or press the physical rear button on the back of the device and hold this until the device begins blinking light blue (you will see all 3 LEDs blinking).
The pairing mode will initiate after 5-6 seconds of holding the button. If you do not see the lights begin to blink after 6 seconds, let go and press and hold the button again.

Once all of the Sentries are in pairing mode, press Next.
You will now be asked to select the Wi-Fi network that you wish to connect the devices to. If your wifi network is already selected, skip to the next step. If not, select Use other network to open the system settings and select the network you wish to connect to.
Once you have connected to the correct network, enter your password where prompted. Then select Continue.
A pop-up window will appear with the number of Sentries that are being detected.
If you do not see the correct number of Sentry devices appear, make sure that all devices are still in pairing mode and then press Scan again.
When you see the correct number of Sentries appear, select Connect all devices.
The app will begin pairing all Sentries.
If a Sentry is successfully provisioned, it will flash red multiple times then finally flash 3 green lights.
If any devices fail during the provisioning, you will be provided a summary of the number of failed devices. You can attempt to pair the device again in another pairing session.
At this point, turn on any other Sentries that you wish to pair to the network. If not, select End session.

Note that the Sentries will not be assigned to a property or room at this point. You will need to use the tool at this point to assign them to a property and room.
