Onboarding Steps

You will be aided by a administrator to help you with your setup in TCE. The following are steps to be completed by you to ensure that you are fully enrolled into all the proper setups.
A call from the administrator will start your onboarding process. This will be a 5min call welcoming you and asking a few questions.
A WhatsApp will be sent to you for you to send in some basic information for the next steps to be executed.

You will receive a email asking you to register for a Google sponsored enterprise Email. It will be in the form of “name@theofficialtce.com”.
Upon registration, you are to set this email onto your regularly used communication device; ie mobile or ipad.
Completing the registration, you are to send a test email to the Administrator.
You will be sent a invitation in your new email account for registration in the following :

| a system to register attendance and process you salaries.

Coda.io
⁠
| a system where you work on your task and report your progress.
Finally, download the following apps on your phone.
WorkZone | For schedule and leave application.
Coda | For your work use.

Probation Period | 3 Months

While you have been assigned to various positions, you will be trained to fulfil it in time to come. One of the basic knowledge is to know the enterprise’s basic services that is provided to customers.
The basic roles that you are to learn in the probation months are the following:
Barista | You will be trained and certified under ASEAN COFFEE FEDERATION for LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2.
Chef | You will learn the basics of preparing a meal for customers and your fellow colleagues.
Cashier | You will learn the basics of communicating with customers and managing expectations.
While you station to pe rform those roles, you will be taken out to work on the actual assigned roles. Multitasking is a skill that would be required for you to balance your thoughts as you are shifted from one area of work to another.
While doing all these, one of the most important part of the training is to be able to work as a team in harmony and to communicate constructively as a team member. Always maintain contactable with your team and communicate needs and availability to all.
