Weekend work 2023

In the course of your work, you might be required to work on weekends, on top of your regular week hours. Here is how TCE will remunerate the addition hours.

Scenario for compensation

Should you be called to work on weekend, after you have completed your 44 weekly work hours required. You are entitled to the following table of compensation.

Exception Case | Volunteering

In the case where there are no budget set for the event or celebration and that Volunteers are required, these will be served without pay. These are sometimes required above and beyond the normal call of duty. We sometimee seek such support to help some worthy cause of work.

Effective date

This is a new initiative that is implemented as of this day, 15th September 2023.
