When you open Gmail to send clients emails, 10 minutes later, you realize that you have started reading and replying to other emails instead of doing the work you were going to do.
You got distracted.
This email client flow keeps you focused on the task at hand. The task you set out to do is done in a few clicks.
That doesn’t seem like much.
It seems simple, and it’s meant to look that way. All the heavy lifting has been done behind the scenes.
There are five steps to keep you on course.

Prepare email message

Each step is set up to focus on one thing, making it easy to go through them. The pudding is in the details.
Here are some little delights.
✨ Prompts, error messages and labels that provide comfort in knowing what’s happening.
✨ Validation only happens after pressing a button. This means that you are not yelled at prior to entering all the required fields.
✨ Dummy send option so you get used to the flow (nothing is actually sent).
✨ Review before you send.
✨ Send to yourself as a test or one other test email address.
✨ New message content will load a default template.
✨ Ability to include/exclude a signature that is an image and resized appropriately so that it doesn’t occupy your whole email.
✨ Auto-detection that lets you know to add or update the template, including non-duplication of the template name.
✨ Progress bar on send status.
✨ Updating preferred names updates your central client database, keeping your data accurate.
✨ Buttons are disabled to prevent accidents.
Just like any flow, there is always room for improvement.
Here are some current limitations.
The flow can only be used by one person at a time. It is not built for multi-users.
