Daily Chores

People with ADHD often overestimate how long a task will take, so they end up putting it off. This tool will help you track time more accurately! Based on the estimated time (Est. Time) you entered for each chore in the , the table below will keep track of the time you ACTUALLY spend on the chore and you can see how much time you’ve saved. With your Saved Time, you can do things you WANT to do, like take a break, play video games, draw, run ー whatever! It’s your time to spend how you please!

Instructions:

Choose the day to see the list of chores for that day.
Click “Reset All Times” to clear past records on this page.
Click the “Start” button on the respective row to begin the timer when you start a task.
Click the “Stop” button when you complete the task.
If you accidentally click the “Start” button, click the “Reset” button in the respective row to restart the timer for that task.
When you’ve completed all the tasks for that day, scroll down and see the time you saved!
When you’d like to take a break, whenever that may be, start the timer of the time you’ve saved and it will pull from the time you have saved up.
Tip: If you’re in the middle of a task and notice you’re low on an item, use the “Add Item to Grocery List” button to add an item to the Grocery List.
