How to use Exotel (for calls)

Note: you would need to have had Exotel onboarding process completed to be able to receive/make calls. Contact Hrutu if this is not done yet.

Outbound Calls

Go to URL:
Log in using your useteleport email address
Click on “Inbox” on the left panel

Click on “call” button on top left corner

Paste the number of the customer (check “Mobile field on contact page on Zoho CRM to find the number to make a call on). Always only contact the “creator” of the application and not the “traveler”

Click on call button on the left side
You will receive a call from your number from exotel first (+917314852914). Once you answer this call, it will be connected directly to the customer

Inbound Calls

You will receive a call from +917314852914 on your phone first
You will also see a pop up on Zoho CRM showing the details of the customer calling (always keep Zoho CRM tab open on your computer)
When you answer the call, you wil find the customer on the opposite side
You can check call details on Exotel Inbox after hanging up
