How to generate insurance

Please ensure to check whether the applicant has made additional payment for insurance on our platform. You can view this under ledger section after opening the application on admin

If they have made payment then it would be like this:

Once you have a clear picture, you can access the Godigit portal by clicking on
Login to the portal using the company number '7892522684', and then navigate to operations@useteleport.com for the OTP.
There are two alternatives to access the travel insurance tab:
1. After logging in, scroll down to find the travel insurance button. 2. Alternatively, go to "What's new," and in the second dialogue box, you will find the Travel insurance button.
After clicking the button, you will be directed to a page where you need to enter all the necessary details.
Scenario 1: If the customer hasn't paid yet but wants insurance: - Add the customer's email address and phone number. - Choose the payment mode as 'Generate Payment Link.' - Send the payment link to the customer and wait for them to complete the payment and undergo KYC verification. - After verification, download the insurance document from the site and upload it on the Teleport site.
Scenario 2: If the customer has already paid for insurance: - Add operations@useteleport.com as the email address and the company phone number. - Use the RBL/HDFC card to make the payment (get the OTP from Nikita). - Complete the payment and KYC process (you can choose 'Generate Payment Link' mode here as well). - Once the insurance is approved, you can directly upload the approved insurance on the portal.
