Call #1 Script

Before getting into the checklist - ask if they have 15-20 mins to discuss the application in detail. if yes, continue. If not, ask for availability
Ask if travel dates are confirmed. inform them that teleport's documentation will depend on travel dates. so once confirmed, we wont be able to make changes on itinerary/bookings etc.
Inform them of working hours + what we help with/what we do not help with. please list this in detail.
Is there any other countries you would be travelling to apart from the ones you have shown over the portal? If there is any edit let us know.
What content you wanted to be written over cover letter? Any special add-ons?
(Any extra documents for the applicant, that needs to be carried upon seeing the applications- like marriage certificate etc.)
If there is no employer details- name, address, phone number and the email id. *Mandatory
Is the flight bookings done from the customer part or we have to do the bookings for them? *clarification
Is the hotel bookings done from the customer part or we have to do the bookings for them? *clarification
To get the bank statement with enough fund, recommend to get it signed and stamped by the bank manager.
Make sure all the documents are properly uploaded, before the call. If there is any pending documents, kindly highlight the document type and name. If no documents are uploaded then guide them to upload the documents.
Any other sort of help required?
Let them know visit details has to be accurate for the right set of documents to show on the platform

Call #2 Script (Singapore)


1. Before the call, ensure all required documents are uploaded properly.
2. If no documents are uploaded, ask the customer to prepare the necessary documentation first.
3. If some documents are partially uploaded, advise them to complete the uploading process.
4. Explain the Singapore process to the applicant if they are unfamiliar with it.
5. Inquire if any applicants are sponsored.
6. Check the employment status of the applicants (employed, self-employed, unemployed, retired).
7. If the application is stuck, suggest filling in Form 14A, Cover Letter, and Authorization. If they still need help, refer them to the sample provided in the document checklist.
8. Remind them to sign where required and not where it's unnecessary. Specifically, sign Form 14A (no date required), Cover Letter (only sign), and the Authorization Letter with their name, passport number, and signature.
9. Ask them to confirm the applicant's photo specs with the studio.
10. Ensure applicants have a minimum bank balance of 80k.
11. Verify that hotel and flight bookings are confirmed; if not, advise them to confirm them.
12. Based on employment status, recommend necessary documents.
13. If there is a child applicant, request their school ID.
