Application is assigned on CRM, what next?
Check the details of the application assigned to you on Zoho CRM (How to log in to zoho CRM)
When a new application is assigned to you, you will receive an email (see screenshot here).

Log in to Zoho CRM using

Click on analytics. Select your name on the left column

On the first chart, “Active Applications - Internal” — click on “Review Application”

All application under review application stage are the ones that are newly assigned to you and need action

Click on one application that you want to start working on. It will open the contact page for that application
Once contact page is opened. Scroll down to check country bucket. bucket”
