Your Plan
TandemTask offers three plans, each with increasing features and support:
- $249/year or $29/month
Essential task and project management with the Planning AI Assistant. Includes email support. - $649/year or $69/month
Adds advanced views, flowcharts, additional AI assistants, and includes Account Setup assistance with our team. Includes email, chat, and phone support, plus 20% off task credits and hourly work. - $1,499/year or $149/month
Complete platform with all AI assistants, integrations (Gmail, Calendar, HubSpot, Zapier, Make), and a dedicated Project Manager who will create a Tailored Growth Plan for your business. Schedule your Account Setup call with our team. We'll help you configure TandemTask for your business, set up integrations, and make sure you're taking advantage of all the features in your plan. You can also reach us anytime via email, chat, or phone.
Enterprise
Meet with your dedicated Project Manager who will work with you to create a Tailored Growth Plan. They'll help you set up your account, configure integrations, establish workflows, and use your included project hours to build custom automations or imports. Your Project Manager is your main point of contact for ongoing support and strategy.
Adding Team Members
You can add team members to Projects, Tasks, and Companies so they can collaborate on work within TandemTask.
Platform invitations (giving someone their own login to TandemTask) are currently handled by our team. If you need to invite someone to access the platform, email with their name and email address, and we'll get them set up. Creating Your First Project or Task
TandemTask organizes work around Projects (work initiatives tied to Companies) and Tasks (the actionable items within those Projects).
You can start by creating a Project for yourself, your company, an internal initiative, customer, or something else. Then, add tasks to track the work and progress.
Tasks can include:
Assignments to team members Sub-Tasks for breaking down complex work Associated projects, companies, contacts, and deals You'll find different views available depending on your plan: Quick List, Board View, List View, Table View (Pro and Enterprise), and Calendar View (Enterprise only).
