Things to note:
RBS is used only for booking of:
Computer Labs (Polaris and Orion)
iPads (currently 3 carts of 40, can include Apple Pencils or Logitech Crayon styluses)
Laptop (currently 3 carts x 40)
Indicate the location and additional instructions for the DEs (e.g. provide 30 headphones, self-collect the devices from the lab, etc) in the remarks section
Make booking at least 2 working days before the actual date of use.

Do housekeeping
iCON storage - 10GB
CES email - 2GB
Microsoft Office 365 - 1TB
