Completion of the course empowers the graduate to assist in the implementation of the Urban Plan program as ULI Philippines rolls out sessions throughout the year.
Intended sessions may bring urban planning thinking to Local Governments (LGUs), Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), other students and academic groups, and even private sector groups interested to enhance their team’s fluency in the issues and solutioning tools of urban planning.
The Academy shall consist of:
Orientation (a 30 minute session)
Training (a 2 hours session, to be completed within 3 months)
Apprentice deployments (2 deployments, to be completed within 6 months)
A findings report (self-directed, submitted by month 8)
Representing ULI at the Urban Plan table at a ULI Event

Terms of the Program
Participants who are unable to complete the steps within the prescribed timeframes may be asked to relinquish their spot for waitlisted applicants.
In these cases, the former participant is welcome to top up the remainder of the Annual Dues to remain a Student Member, without completing the Urban Plan Academy.
Eligibility
The program is open only to new members who not before been a member of Urban Land Institute. All programs shall be conducted in English, and in person, unless prior arrangements are agreed prior to acceptance in the program, for participants outside of the Metro Manila area.
