Notification Generation

Upon approval of an expense or leave request, the system triggers the notification generation process.

Expense Approval Notification:

When a manager approves or rejects an expense claim for a mobile user, a notification is pushed into the FieldProxy mobile app. This ensures prompt communication regarding the status of the expense claim, keeping users informed.

Leave Approval Notification:

Similarly, when a manager approves or rejects a leave request for a mobile user, a notification is pushed into the FieldProxy mobile app. This immediate communication keeps users updated on the status of their leave request, facilitating efficient leave management

Notification Persistence

Notifications are persistent within the mobile app interface until they are acknowledged or the user navigates away from the notifications section.

Acknowledged notifications are removed from the interface to prevent clutter and redundant alerts.

Upon approval or rejection of an expense claim or leave request by the manager, the FieldProxy mobile app sends immediate notifications to the respective mobile user.

This ensures users are instantly informed of the decision, facilitating swift awareness and timely adjustments to their plans or reimbursement expectations.
