1. Map View:
Occupies the left side of the page, providing a real-time visualization of employee locations.
Utilizes color-coded markers to indicate employee status: green for online, orange for idle, and gray for offline.
2. Search Filter:
Positioned above the map view on the left side, allowing managers to search for specific employees or teams by name or team name.
Facilitates targeted filtering of employee location data for efficient tracking and monitoring.
3. Employee List:
Situated on the right side of the page, displaying a list of all employees along with their respective usernames, user IDs, and team affiliations.
Provides a comprehensive overview of the entire team's presence and activity.
4. Individual Employee Profile:
Upon clicking on arrow mark near employee's name , their individual profile panel expands.
Contains detailed information about the employee, including name, user ID, email address, team, distance traveled, active hours, tasks completed, and a map showing their live location path.
The system computes each employee's active hours by measuring the duration between start work and stop work commands.
Additionally, it calculates the distance traveled, using punch-in and punch-out location records. These metrics offer concise insights into daily employee activity and travel.
5. Download and Filter Buttons:
Two buttons, "Download" and "Filter," are located below the employee profile panel.
The "Download" button allows managers to export the employee's location data as a spreadsheet for further analysis.
The "Filter" button opens a modal window where managers can filter location data by date and employee.
